As an executive in the field of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities for 25 plus years, Annrose has dedicated her career to supporting people with IDD. Throughout her profession, she provided operational oversight to Residential, Day Habilitation, Supported Employment, and Clinical Staff Development programs.

Annrose joined PHP in 2016 as the Marketing and Developmental Disabilities Information Specialist. She also served as the Provider Relations and Education Administrator prior to transitioning to her role as the Director of Outreach and Enrollment. Annrose obtained her Masters of Health Administration and Advanced Certificate in Community Mental Health from SUNY Stony Brook. She holds a BA in Psychology and is a licensed Health Agent in the State of NY.

Nick has worked in the IDD field since 2001, where he started out as a Direct Support Professional in a Residential program for children with Behavioral needs. He then became a Medicaid Service Coordinator advocating for people with IDD for several years. Nick moved on to work as a Day Program administrator, overseeing hub sites.

Josephine is an Outreach Associate with Partners Health Plan. Josephine has vast experience in the field of Medicaid/ Medicare and working with individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. Josephine has also worked as an educator in Early Childhood Education for children on the spectrum.

Christiane has over a decade of experience volunteering and working in the I/DD field. She began her career as a Direct Support Professional at a children’s residential program for children with autism. She later worked as a Medicaid Service Coordinator and then became a Program Administrator supervising in the MSC department.

Christiane joined PHP in 2017 and brings her passion for advocating and assisting families to her role as an Outreach Associate.
