We want to see our members achieve their best health and quality of life! Partners Health Plan’s text message program will help us support you in reaching your health and wellness goals by reminding you about important health care topics and preventive care screenings throughout the year, such as:
How Does it Work?
Partners Health Plan will use the cell number you provided to enroll you into the program.
Once enrolled you will start to receive messages, about 3 messages per month.
Text messages will come from the number 43386. If at anytime you wish to stop receiving these messages simply reply with the word “STOP.”
