Our In the Know education series is designed to educate and elevate awareness of timely and relevant topics impacting the quality of life for individuals with Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities (IDD).

Topic: Maintaining Medicaid Eligibility – Navigating the Changing Landscape

Description: This session will talk about basic Medicaid rules and the changes coming up.

We’ll discuss what is happening, who might be affected, and what steps you need to take to keep Medicaid benefits. The goal is to explain the changes and give some tips to help avoid problems with Medicaid for members and families that may be affected.

For those who may be impacted, we will talk about what they can do now and watch for in the future. The specific Medicaid changes covered include:

• Medicaid eligibility redeterminations
• Work requirements
