Important PHP FIDA-I/DD Plan Update

Disaster Policy: Access to Care and Drug Coverage

If the Governor of your state, the U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services, or the President of the United States declares a state of disaster or emergency in your geographic area, you are still entitled to care from the PHP Care Complete FIDA-IDD Plan.

During a declared disaster: 

  • If you cannot use a network provider, we will allow you to get care from out of-network providers.

  • If you cannot use a network pharmacy in our service area, Partners Health Plan has network pharmacies outside of our service area where you can get your prescriptions filled or we will pay for prescriptions filled at an out-of-network pharmacy.
