Important Update: PHP’s FIDA-IDD Demonstration Ending

Partners Health Plan (PHP)’s FIDA-IDD demonstration plan will end on December 31, 2025. Members who choose to remain enrolled will continue to receive the same care and benefits through this date.

In early October, all PHP members will receive a letter from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) with details on next steps and health plan coverage options.

Your care manager will contact you to review your options and help guide you through the transition. Please reach out to your care manager with any questions.
